This course examines how to analyze income investment properties using the Argus Enterprise module software with a focus on the multifamily platform and case study. Students obtain a working knowledge of how to gather and input data, analyze income and expenses, understand tenant reimbursements, and generate meaningful reports for investors, developers, lenders and others.

Course Overview:

This course is designed for the beginning user and will cover input and analysis for multifamily property types. This is a great way to jump start your knowledge of ARGUS Enterprise and analytical careers in commercial real estate. No DCF experience needed. And no prior ARGUS knowledge needed.

Goals & Objectives:

At the end of the course, you should have the confidence and ability to accurately model a non-complex to intermediate property in its entirety, and to accurately model a more complex property with some assistance.

  • Create various reports in Argus
  • Understand basic to intermediate property concepts 
  • Provide market analyses
  • Critically analyze properties for acquisitions, disposition and management
